Why choose our functions?

Our state of the art venue can be hired as a whole including inside and outside for those very large functions and events. Alternatively, you might be interested in hiring just a part of our venue to accommodate a specific need.

Here is a list of the functions we currently cater for. However, if you have a special or unique idea for an event that’s not on this list, we’ll be happy to help you organize it.

Functions we offer

Weddings

Here at The Party Venue we welcome wedding parties and we are happy to help in any aspect throughout your planning process. We aim to help make your special day a day to remember. Our staff will be available throughout your planning and on the big day we will work with you to help create that perfect wedding. 1 Am late license available.

Funerals

You will find peace and tranquillity at our venue with no passing traffic or public intrusion. You will have full use of our private member’s lounge or our larger function room. And of course our outside seating area overlooking the sports fields. We are happy to cater for your party however big or small throughout this sad period. As well as our fully stocked bar we will also have full tea/coffee facility available.

Birthdays

We welcome any type of birthday party here at The Party Venue 21st birthday parties 40th birthday parties (unfortunately we cannot hold 18th birthdays due to bad past experience) our venue does get booked early for birthday parties so please be quick with that booking. 1 Am late license available.

Baby Showers

We facilitate for baby showers to make sure your loved ones have the perfect day. We understand that a celebration of a newborn is a special time thats why our team within the venue are there to make sure everything goes to plan.

Engagements

An Engagement is a time for celebration that's why we guarantee that your engagement function would be a memorable one. We facilitate for all and are more than help to step in and help out within the planning process as we do understand its a day to be remembered so aim to help make the day as special as it can be.

Charity Events

We provide functions for charity events and would be more than happy to help out with the preparation of the function and how everything is displayed. Book now to not get disappointed.

Sports Dinners

We are the ideal venue for sports dinners offering a set three course meal from £20.00 per head and able to accommodate 150 people comfortable seated with ease, whilst still leaving plenty of room for a dance floor so you can dance the night away.

Sports Presentations

We are able to accommodate for all sport section presentations giving you the best experience presenting to others.

Corporate Events

Our corporate clients are welcomed throughout the week and we have a choice of rooms for your event. We can offer tea/coffee sandwiches or a buffet/meal our room hire is extremely good value for money. Our rooms are light and airy with plenty of natural light. You can set up your power point presentations in any of our rooms.

Christmas Parties

Christmas is a special time of the year. Here at party venue we cater for all christmas parties and assure you of an amazing time. We can provide catering and if need be also direction/preparation for any parties as we understand a good organisation leads to the best functions!

Weddings

We understand wedding anniversaries are a special and delicate time within the year thats why we assure you of a perfect wedding anniversary function. Saving you the time and hassle of organisation we offer our expertise in preparation for such as event and advice to make your anniversary even specialer.

Established Organisations

We work with a range of professional organisations, to cater to their needs we are offering functions here at party venue to celebrate the anniversaries of a organisation. Whether your celebration a year in business of 10 our functions cater to your needs.
