Terms and Conditions for all functions at The Party Venue at Russell Way
All deposits are damage waivers and will be returned 14/21 days after the event provided the terms and conditions below have been complied with and/or no damage has occurred. This will include broken fixtures &fittings, soiled carpet, broken glasses etc.The management have the right to cancel any booking that has been falsely made.
After your event please contact by email with your bank details and date of function to firstname.lastname@example.org who will then process your deposit refund.
There is no additional charge for room hire or table linen hire if the food is booked with the in house caterers (AD Catering Services).
If you do not have food or do your own catering then there will be a fixed charge of £150 to AD Catering Services plus a charge of £6 per table for table linen hire if this is required. Access to the caterers kitchen is not permitted for own catering events.
Any booking that is cancelled less than 4 weeks before the event shall incur a £100 cancellation fee.
All balances for any booking shall be paid two weeks before the event is scheduled to take place, if this does not take place the management has the right to cancel booking and keep 50% of any monies paid as an administration charge and loss of potential further room hire.
Will all bookings please note that events with children attending, we ask please control the children at all times and keep them away from areas that are cordoned off and also stop them congregating in the front entrance.
Access to the venue before event should be arranged with AD Catering Services
Decorating of the venue is allowed but all decorations must be removed at the end of the evening or following morning if the room isn’t already booked (must be confirmed with caterers). Failure to adhere to these rules will mean part of the deposit will be retained as a cleaning charge. Fixings to walls must be made with blue tac only.
We offer a 5% discount for members of the club as well as for people who have had an event with us before. We will also offer the same discount to anyone who books whilst attending an event.
People who have booked an outside DJ must supply a current public liability certificate two weeks in advance or they will not be allowed to perform at the venue.
Function Room Seats up to 150 & 200 standing.
Bar extension is available to 1 am at a cost of £50.00
Member’s lounge is available for day time events only, ideal for small conferences and smaller funeral wakes.
16th to 18thbirthday parties are no longer accepted at the club (due to previous bad experience).
Please note that any event that has any type of inflatable (bouncy castle, rodeo bull) and does not come with an independent power source may be charged to use the clubs power depending on the size of the equipment.
At no time may any drinks be taken into an event as all drinks must be purchased over the bar. This includes soft drinks. The only drinks that may be brought to a function are Wine & Champagne. This is charged at £7 per bottle for corkage and must be arranged with the caterer before the event.
